Our commitment to privacy

DHI Computing Service, Inc. (“DHI-Provo”) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information about its clients. When you provide personal information to DHI-Provo, we believe that you should be aware of our policies designed to protect the confidentiality of this information and how we use it as part of the services.

How and why we obtain information

DHI-Provo obtains personal information about you in the following ways:

Within DHI-Provo we restrict access to personal information to those who require it to provide our services to you.

DHI-Provo does not sell or rent client names or contact information to any firm or non-profit organization. We do not share your information with any other firm or nonprofit organization for their marketing or fundraising purposes, unless you or your authorized representative explicitly asks us to do so. You do not have to contact us to benefit from these protections; they apply automatically to all our clients.

We may provide copies of your information or access to your information to other individuals, firms or non-profit organizations, such as consultants and research organizations, as part of our services to you as we are directed to do so by you or your authorized representative.

We may share the personal information that we collect with government agencies or other regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials to the extent required by applicable law.

Privacy online

Privacy, security, and service online are just as critical as the rest of our operations. DHI-Provo works to secure our systems from unauthorized access and to maintain the security of your online session. We use firewall barriers, encryption techniques for transmissions and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session and to protect systems from unauthorized access.

When you interact with us through our online channels, such as websites and mobile applications (“DHI-Provo websites”), DHI-Provo manages personal information in accordance with all of the practices and safeguards described previously.

When you visit DHI-Provo websites, we may collect technical and navigational information, such as device type, browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on DHI-Provo websites. DHI-Plus Mobile app

The DHI-Plus Mobile application (“app”) allows you to access your records and the records of your employer and/or employee and/or consultant/service provider and/or client who have authorized your access to such records through the app. Our privacy practices apply to any personal information or other information that we may collect through the app.
